These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VideoPlayer iOS app. By installing or using VideoPlayer, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use VideoPlayer on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Weekly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
A Lifetime purchase grants permanent access to Premium features for the lifetime of the app on your Apple ID.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. All charges are processed by Apple.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No refunds are offered by the developer; refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only play content that you own or have the legal right to play. You agree not to use VideoPlayer to play, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted content without permission.

VideoPlayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mone Apps LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
